Chimera is a whimsical, shape-shifting object that is a chair one moment and a stool the next. It features a uniquely devised method of joinery that is a play on the traditional dovetail joint, allowing for easy assembly and reassembly by users without the need for tools or fasteners.

Interchangeable legs lock into the seat to create a three-legged chair or stool. Replacing the rear leg that has the tall vertical extension with a leg that is identical to the remaining two transforms Chimera from chair to stool.
